This information is collected via Google Forms and stored securely in our records.

Process Gift Aid claims with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)
Maintain financial and administrative records as required by law
Respond to enquiries or communication requests
Your data is stored securely via Google Workspace (Forms and Sheets).
Access is restricted to authorised members of the church committee responsible for Gift Aid and administration.
Your data is never shared with third parties, except where legally required (e.g., with HMRC for Gift Aid processing).
Gift Aid declarations are retained for six years, in line with HMRC audit requirements.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correct any inaccuracies in that data
Request that your data be deleted (unless we are legally required to retain it)
